How to place an order:
- Enquiry -
Please complete the enquiry form below with as much information as possible and I will respond as soon as possible.
- Payment -
Once I have received your confirmation email I will create an invoice for you and await payment. I accept direct deposit or credit card via PayPal. All payment details will be included on your invoice.
Please ensure you use your invoice number as reference on all payments.
Receipt of your full payment confirms your booking and you will be sent my "Final Details" form to complete. All final details must be received at least 6 weeks prior to delivery date, however the earlier the better.
Please note: If payment is not received within 7 days then unfortunately your booking cannot be kept.
- Delivery -
Your figurines will be sent by door to door courier service (or postal service in areas my courier will not deliver including overseas) approximately 2 weeks prior to your special day.
