What are the dimensions of the cake toppers?
Whilst most of my cake toppers are approximately fifteen centimeters in height, it is possible to have them made to size to fit specific cakes.
How much notice is required to create a cake topper for me?
I require at least 8 weeks notice. I am generally booked up to 6 months in advance and advise clients to book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. Final details of outfits etc are NOT required at the time of booking however they are needed within six weeks of the due date. Short notice orders can be done if time is available.
How do I place an order?
Up the top of my web page there is a page titled ‘Order Form’, click on this and follow the prompts.
How do I pay for my cake topper?
I accept direct deposit or PayPal (which accepts credit card payments). All payment details are included on your invoice. Please ensure you use your invoice number as reference on all payments.
Receipt of your full payment confirms your booking and you will be sent my “Final Details” form to complete – all final details must be received at least 8 weeks prior to the occasion date, earlier if possible.

When can I expect to receive my cake topper?
You will receive your figurines approximately 2 weeks prior to your special day.
What are the cake toppers made from?
All cake toppers are made from non-toxic polymer modeling clay, which turns into a hard plastic clay after baking. Toppers can be placed directly onto the cakes as they are 100% non toxic and adhere to ASTM D 4236 (Art & Creative Materials Institute, Inc (ACMI)).
What information do you require from me to complete the process?
When payment has been made I will email you my Final Details form to complete and a date that it must be sent back to me. I also require photos of all aspects of your cake topper including a photo of both of you – to ensure a close resemblance. We also require either good descriptions or photo’s of your outfits, hairstyles, jewellery etc.
What kind of Cake Topper do I make?
I can and will create anything that you want, whether you want wedding toppers, birthday, anniversaries, keepsakes or thank you presents.
Do I supply cakes?
While I myself do not make cakes I work in conjunction with Renaissance Cakes. As such if you buy your cake from Renaissances Cakes then I will give you a 20% discount on your topper. Can you add my pets / children / vehicle?
Of course! I understand that you want to have your most precious people and items with you on your special day and it is becomming increasingly more popular to include them on your cake topper.
How much is Packaging and Delivery?
Packaging and Delivery is $30, Australia Wide. I am located in Gosford, NSW, Australia, if you are local you are welcome to drop in and pick them up.
How will my cake topper be packaged?
Your cake topper is very carefully wrapped and boxed to ensure maximum safety. It is then sent by express courier service or Australia Post to your chosen address.

How do I store my cake topper?
Cake toppers are best stored in a glass cabinet and handled minimally.
How long will my cake topper last?
If you look after them carefully they will last forever!
